Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist seeking a role that offers both professional growth and a dynamic work environment? A distinguished studio in Kenilworth, West Midlands, specialising in the Leisure sector, is looking to welcome a talented individual to their team.

This role promises a stimulating blend of creative and technical challenges, allowing you to leverage your expertise while contributing to innovative projects. With a salary ranging from £30,000 to £38,000 per annum, this position not only offers financial reward but also the chance to work within a supportive and forward-thinking studio.

The ideal candidate will bring approximately five years of industry experience to the table. While experience in the Leisure sector is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. What is essential, however, is proficiency in AutoCAD, as this will be a key tool in your daily responsibilities.

The studio prides itself on fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. While the role is predominantly office-based, there is potential for hybrid working arrangements, offering a degree of flexibility that can enhance work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
