Job summary

Studiorogers Architects is seeking Architectural Technologists to join our Coleraine and Belfast offices. We deliver a diverse portfolio across Northern Ireland and beyond, with a focus on thoughtful design, technical excellence and high-quality buildings.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy collaborative work, producing well-considered technical solutions, and contributing to the continued development of our practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Experience working within an architectural practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience developing and coordinating technical design information through the RIBA work stages.
• Experience working on projects in the ROI, familiarity with BCAR would be advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical design information from concept through to construction.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams across offices to ensure buildability and compliance.

Studiorogers Architects is seeking talented and motivated Architectural Technologists to join our growing teams, with positions available in both our Coleraine and Belfast offices.

We are an established and ambitious architectural practice delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across Northern Ireland and beyond. Our work spans residential, social housing, commercial and mixed-use developments, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful design, technical excellence and delivering high-quality buildings.

We are looking for enthusiastic Architectural Technologists who enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in producing well considered technical solutions and want to play an important role in the continued development of our practice.

What we’re looking for

• A relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience working within an architectural practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• A good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience developing and coordinating technical design information through the RIBA work stages.
• Experience working on projects in the Republic of Ireland, including familiarity with the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR), would also be advantageous but is not essential.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
