Job Overview

We are seeking a job-running architectural technician or architect for the property team of an inner-London local authority. This long-term contract role offers a daily rate, working Monday to Friday. Architects or Architectural Technicians may be considered. The position is hybrid, with three days at home, one in the office, and one site meeting in South London. Key duties include:

1. Managing multiple projects, mainly minor refurbishments of residential properties.
2. Conducting surveys and pre-purchase reports.
3. Applying knowledge of building regulations and standards.
4. Administering JCT contracts.
5. Producing building specifications using NBS.
6. Site management until project completion.
7. Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
