Qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural Technology and/or equivalent qualification.
• Experience producing Building Regulations drawings with strong construction methods knowledge.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit for technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical / Building Regulations drawing packages for residential and commercial projects.
• Leeds-based with local site visits for measured surveys as required.
