As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for creating and modifying architectural drawings, plans, and other construction documents using CAD software.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Offering technical guidance to the project team and clients.
2. Coordinating and overseeing the organization of technical project data.
3. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Supporting site inspections and monitoring project progress.
5. Assisting in feasibility studies and regulatory submissions.
6. Ensuring all drawings and documentation meet building regulations and standards.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have worked as an Architectural Technologist, Technician, Architect, or similar role.
• Possess 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Hold a Higher National Certificate (HNC), Diploma (HND), or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Have relevant experience and professional certifications (e.g., CIAT accreditation) is a plus.
• Have RIBA and Revit experience (preferred).
• Are skilled in CAD software.
• Understand building materials, methods, and codes.
