Salary Up to £55,000 plus package

Residential Developer seeking a highly experienced Architectural Technician with a strong understanding within the residential sector.

The company have unrivaled track record of consistent growth creating new build residential developments with both private and affordable housing and arebehind some of London’s most unique residential and mixed-use developments.

Seeking an individual who is methodical and capable of driving a project through to completion successfully and looking for a new challenge.

Innovative and distinguished residential develop who have a strong design & technical team that are involved in all aspects of housing design.

Key tasks & Responsibilities

• Preparation of full architectural technical packages.
• Creating and updating standard technical details, sections, preferred bathroom and kitchen layouts.
• Planning Condition sign off documents.
• Produce material, schedules, site plans and associated documents to accompany applications.
• Site services drawings for submission to utility companies
• Print drawing packages ready for site issue and keep in house clip sets up to date along with in house site issue sheets.

Personal Specification & Requirements

• Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
• Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
• Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
• Degree qualified or Equivalent
• 3 years minimum experience
• Strong background in preparing architectural residential technical packages
• Competent user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• A passion for good CAD presentation and a thorough approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of the relevant building regulations and NHBC standards.
