Job summary

A leading construction firm in Edinburgh is seeking an Associate for an architectural design role. This position involves providing CAD drawings, supporting the planning process, and working closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design within housebuilding, hold relevant qualifications, and be literate in AutoCAD. Qualifications

• Experience in Architectural Design, ideally working within housebuilding.
• CIOB qualification in Building Design or a related HNC/HND.
• AutoCAD literate and understand the construction process.
• Understand technical detailing at all levels of housing design.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the planning and warrants process, including liaison with local authorities.
• Provide appropriate drawings and details to the commercial team to assist the procurement process.
• Provide CAD drawings and details to Production teams for use on site.
• Provide appropriate drawings and details for use by the Sales Team.
