Bennett and Game are currently representing an award-winning architectural practice based in Birmingham, who are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technician to join their ever-growing team. Specialists within a variety of sectors, our client work on both new builds and refurbishments within the Transportation, Education, Community, Workplace, and Residential sectors.

Since establishing, our client has developed a tight-knit team of around 30 employees, consisting of a variety of technical and design-focused professionals. Joining a bespoke architectural practice, the successful Architectural Technician will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a project, assisting with all aspects of a project. • Represent the practice externally through client and consultant liaison.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis.
• Work across RIBA Stages 1-6.
• Work on a range of developments within the Residential, Educational, and Commercial sectors.
• Develop technical design approaches and bring experience to the realization of design concepts.
• Relevant Degree Qualification - Essential.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience preferred.
• Living within a commutable distance of Birmingham.
• Proficient in AutoCAD - Essential.
• Excellent knowledge of Revit - Highly advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign - Advantageous.
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic.

Architectural Technician Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary, ranging from £28,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience).
• Holiday entitlement: 20 days + Bank Holidays + Christmas shutdown.

• Flexible working hours with core hours Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5 pm.
