Join an Exciting Architectural Practice

You will be joining an established Architectural Practice with over 25 years of operation across multiple offices. The practice focuses on creating award-winning, iconic spaces that leave a memorable impression. Committed to sustainability, they have been carbon neutral since 2017 and aim to achieve net zero by 2040.

The practice is now seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Using CAD software and traditional methods to develop building plans and designs.
• Examining space and site requirements.
• Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Negotiating technological solutions with investors.
• Preparing budgets and estimating material costs.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience across all RIBA stages (desirable).
• Transport links to Birmingham.
• Minimum of 2 years UK working experience.
