Konker Group is working with a small, close-knit architectural team based in central Barnstaple, who are now looking to recruit a Junior Architectural Technician to join them full-time.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a well-established, 11-person firm known for the landmark projects it works on, but also its commitment to professional development.

The Role: Junior Architectural Technician

• Support the team in delivering a variety of architectural projects across different sectors
• Assist in the production of detailed design drawings using CAD software – Revit experience is a plus
• Work closely with senior staff to meet deadlines and contribute to client communication
• Help prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with UK building regulations

The Position: Junior Architectural Technician

• Full mentoring support towards CIAT accreditation – recent success stories in the team
• A nurturing and professional environment ideal for new graduates or apprentices
• Office-based role: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
• Salary starting from £25,000
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
