Bloor Homes, based at our Measham head office, is seeking an Architectural Technician to join the Design and Technical team. You will produce working drawings for bespoke house types and liaise with regional offices and engineers to ensure accurate planning and construction drawings.
The role requires a background in residential design, a minimum HNC, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word and databases. A strong eye for detail and good communication are essential.
