Job description

A successful and growing architectural practice require a Team Coordinator to support project leaders and project teams, to ensure they are able to run efficient and well organised projects.

You will be supporting the Associate Director, 2x Associates and their team of 30 architectural staff. Ideally you will have experience providing secretarial support to a team, have experience supporting creative porjects and knowledge of Adobe creative suite.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign / Photoshop
  • Fast, accurate typing (60wpm)
  • Able to follow processes regarding documents and information
Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for the design teams
  • Arrange meetings, book venues, arrange couriers
  • Create and format project related correspondence
  • Assist with project specific design reports using InDesign
  • Source information for bids, presentations and reports
  • Manage holiday and absence spreadsheet
  • Prepare project leaders’ monthly expenses, raise purchase order requests
  • Arrange building tours
