Darlington Borough Council is seeking an Architectural Officer to join the Building Design Team. The role involves designing and managing a diverse portfolio of architectural schemes and contracts for in-house clients, including schools, housing, and other council buildings.

The ideal candidate has about 3 years’ experience in design, contract preparation, project management and supervision of building schemes.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years' experience in design.
• Experience in contract preparation.
• Experience in project management and supervision of building schemes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the design and project management of a wide range of architectural schemes and contracts.
