Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Architect to join a Leeds-based AJ Top 100 architectural practice. The role focuses on leading design and technical delivery across Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use and Education sectors, with ownership across RIBA stages and collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Lead the design and technical delivery of Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use and Education projects.
• Manage projects across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring programme, quality and budget objectives are achieved.
• Produce high-quality design and technical information using Revit.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors, presenting design and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to a consistently high standard, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
• Balance design excellence with commercial awareness to successfully deliver projects.
• Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team where appropriate.

We are seeking an ambitious Architect to join a well-established, AJ Top 100 architectural practice based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an employee-owned, design-led practice delivering innovative and sustainable projects across the UK.

Working within a collaborative architectural team, the successful Architect will contribute to the design and delivery of high-profile Commercial, Mixed-Use, Residential and Education projects, typically ranging from 5m to 100m+ in value. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects across multiple RIBA stages, working closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions from concept through to completion.

Architect Position Requirements

• ARB Registered Architect.
• Several years' post-Part III experience within a UK architectural practice.
• Experience delivering projects with construction values of 5m+.
• Proven experience within the Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use or Education sectors.
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit.
• Strong design and technical delivery experience across multiple RIBA stages.
• Experience working within BIM Level 2 environments and an understanding of PAS 1192 / BS EN ISO 19650 standards would be advantageous.
• Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Able to work using your own initiative whilst contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
• Passion for sustainable, high-quality architecture and continuous professional development.
