Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Architectural Drafter for a busy Randburg studio. You will create precise drawings, translate concepts into technical plans, and ensure compliance with codes and project specs.

Your role involves coordinating with structural and mechanical engineers and preparing tender documentation. Requirements include a Diploma/Certificate in Architectural Drafting and 2–4 years of drafting experience, with AutoCAD mandatory and Revit a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with Revit is a plus.
• Strong understanding of drafting conventions, symbols, and architectural terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using CAD software.
