Qualifications

• Must be SACAP registered as Professional Architect.
• Minimum 10 years post-registration experience in high-end residential architecture.
• Strong portfolio of luxury residential designs and detailing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage client expectations.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and high-quality 3D rendering software.
