Job summary

Calibrate Recruitment Limited partners with a prestigious global architecture practice to appoint a Bid Coordinator to join their established Bids team in the UK.

In this role you will coordinate bid programmes, manage submission deadlines, write and edit compelling content, collate technical information and ensure every submission is accurate and professionally presented. You will help maintain the bid library and contribute to process improvements and wider business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Bid Coordinator or similar bids/proposals role within the built environment.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels and coordinating contributions across the business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
• An interest in architecture and the built environment would be beneficial.
