Purcell in Manchester is seeking a creative Bid Coordinator to manage end-to-end bids for architectural projects. You will work with partners and the bids team to produce proposals, presentations, and compelling submissions under tight deadlines.

The role requires excellent InDesign skills, strong time management, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. Hybrid working options apply within Purcell's employee-owned culture.

• Excellent InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience handling high-value bids.
• Desirable: bid coordination/ management background.
• Desirable: graphic design skills.
• Desirable: experience with procurement portals.
• Desirable: experience in architectural/construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposals and presentation materials.
• Oversee the end-to-end bid process and ensure bid procedures are followed correctly.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, to produce high-quality bid submissions, reviewing information for accuracy.
• Design layouts for bids and tenders, collating relevant images and graphics for submissions.
• Assist with internal bid library filing and housekeeping, including staff CVs and project case studies.
• Report on and understand the principles of winning bids and analysis with stakeholders, and develop improvements from lessons learnt.
• Take ownership to implement improvements or efficiencies.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on projects.
