Job summary

A leading North-West architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model and involves working on a variety of sectors, including Education and Healthcare. Candidates should have a degree to RIBA Part 2 level, fluency in AutoCAD and REVIT, and a passion for design. Qualifications

Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) required to join a busy North-West practice on a full-time basis. This company are offering an flexible, hybrid working model. Please read on for further information.

Without question, this is one of the busiest Architectural practices in the North of England. They work on a mixture of sectors including Education and Healthcare. They have been appointed to several high-profile frameworks and as such are looking for exceptional talent to join their practice and assist with the development of various large-scale projects.

The Architectural workload here is primarily completed using REVIT software and is done to a BIM level 2 standard. It is important for applicants to have a good understanding of the software, however training can and will be offered to all staff.

In order to be considered for this role, we would hope for the following criteria to be met:

• Degree Qualification to RIBA Part 2 Level (MArch).
• 1 years post-qualification experience preferred.
• AutoCAD & REVIT fluency. (BIM level 2 experience preferred)
• All sector backgrounds will be considered.
• Excellent written/verbal communication.
• Have a passion for design and be able to demonstrate creativity and flair.

Salary offered for the Architectural Assistant will be commensurate with the experience candidates can display in a CV/portfolio/covering letter.
