Our client in Reigate, Surrey, seeks a recently qualified Part 3 Architect for a full-time role. The successful candidate will have experience in the UK, with strong knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Responsibilities include feasibilities, planning proposals, Building Control applications, urban design, masterplanning, working drawings and contract administration.

Our client is is a multi-disciplinary practice based in Reigate, Surrey and there are looking to expand their team and is seeking a talented and enthusiastic either:

• Recently qualified Part 3 Architect, or

Their architectural, planning and heritage consultant teams work collaboratively to deliver a complete in-house solution. From home extensions to major developments, and from Green Belt to Grey Belt, their projects meet a wide range of challenges to deliver their clients’ ambitions.

This is a full-time role involving the preparation of feasibilities, planning proposals, Building Control applications, urban design advice, masterplanning, working drawings and contract administration.

The successful candidate will have professional experience in the UK, with a strong knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills are essential, along with a proactive and collaborative approach.
