Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking London-based Part 2 Architectural Assistants proficient in Revit for a hybrid role. You will prepare drawings and models, collaborate with consultants and clients, and develop design concepts under senior guidance.

Ideal candidates hold a Part 2 qualification in architecture, with strong Revit, AutoCAD and Lumion skills, and excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture with RIBA Part 2.
• Experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or similar role.

Searching for London-based Part 2 Architectural Assistants — we’re currently working with CAD and BIM Bureau looking for Revit proficient Part 2s.

• Hourly rates Outside IR35 (variation depending on experience).
• Hybrid working arrangements –into Central London

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Architecture, with a qualification in RIBA Part 2.
• Experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a similar position
• Strong proficiency in the use of relevant software design tools, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
• Effective communication skills, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members and take guidance from senior colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills, with a strong proactive, problem-solving mindset and a profound attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble preparation and research drawings and models, allowing for design concepts and intent to be shared and discussed effectively.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and clients, ensuring transparency across project plans, allowing for smooth project execution.
• Maintain knowledge of up-to-date UK industry trends and advancements, relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Design and develop in-depth concepts with the support of senior members of the team.
