You will work alongside senior Architects across multiple RIBA stages, preparing planning and technical drawing packages, and liaising with consultants and clients to deliver projects that make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Produce planning, presentation, and technical drawing packages.
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Liaise with consultants and external stakeholders.
• Attend site visits and client meetings.
• Assist with planning and Building Regulations applications.
• Support senior team members throughout project delivery.
• Ensure work is completed to a high technical standard.

Job Title: Experienced Architectural Assistant

Location: Leicester

Salary: £27-36,000 DOE

Daily Duties

• Assist with projects across multiple RIBA stages
• Produce planning, presentation, and technical drawing packages
• Prepare design and construction documentation
• Liaise with consultants and external stakeholders
• Attend site visits and client meetings
• Assist with planning and Building Regulations applications
• Support senior team members throughout project delivery
• Ensure work is completed to a high technical standard

Ideal Candidate

• Part 2 and/or 1 qualified Architectural Assistant with several years’ UK industry experience
• Strong design and technical ability
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
