Job summary

A9 Architecture in Essex is seeking an experienced Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our design-led studio. The role requires strong Archicad skills (Revit considered) and a solid grasp of UK Building Regulations.

We value a proactive, collaborative attitude, excellent design and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines in a busy studio environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–4 years' experience in a design-led UK practice.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience on design-led residential/housing and commercial projects (not essential).
• Proactive, can-do attitude and team player.
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong design and presentation skills.
• Working experience with Archicad and Creative Suite.
• Ability to communicate with clients and professional team.
• Ability to manage own time.
• Eligible to work in the UK with a full driving licence.

A9 Architecture is looking for an experienced Architect or part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its team in Essex.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist with outstanding design and presentation skills coupled with sound construction knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations to join our busy studio.

The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, manage their own workload, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Archicad preferably, (Revit considered) hand-sketching, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.

Candidates must have:

• a minimum of 3-4 year experience in a design-led UK practice

• a ‘can-do’, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
