Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Glasgow office and contribute to a diverse portfolio, initially focusing on high-quality residential projects with potential to work across sectors including commercial and defence.

The role requires strong technical delivery skills, leading packages through RIBA Stages 3-5, and mentoring junior staff. Competitive salary (£40k-£45k) with benefits; must be within commuting distance of Central Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage projects through technical RIBA stages 3-5.
• Strong Revit knowledge and ability to deliver detailed packages.
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
• Experience across residential, commercial and MOD projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through the technical RIBA stages.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining design intent.
• Mentor and lead junior staff on technical delivery.
