Job summary

Hall Black Douglas is seeking enthusiastic Architects and Technologists. The firm operates across multiple sectors and welcomes ARB/RIAI registered architects and CIAT registered technologists with a passion for architecture and design.

Responsibilities include producing detailed construction drawings, project specifications, contract administration, and BIM-based delivery across UK/Ireland contracts. A UK/EU driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARB or RIAI registration is required.
• CIAT registration for technologists is required.
• Strong architectural thinking, design and technical understanding.
• Proven competency in delivering high-quality architectural projects.
• Experience with UK/Ireland contracts.
• Experience delivering projects with BIM.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• UK/EU driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Production of detailed technical construction drawings and specification packages.
• Contract administration of projects at construction stage (UK/Ireland).
• Delivery of projects using BIM.
