Job summary

Reddy Architecture + Urbanism in Belfast is seeking an Architectural Technologist with strong technical detailing to join our team.

You will collaborate with architects and other professionals to deliver projects, produce technical drawings, specifications, and documentation, and ensure compliance with NI regulations. with 1-3 years' experience and Revit proficiency preferred, you will contribute to high-quality detailing and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Northern Irish Building Regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail across design and construction phases.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on the delivery of assigned projects, working closely with Senior Team members.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications, compliance reports, and other written technical documentation.
• Produce information to procure and construct a building or structure.
• Understand and apply RIAI/RIBA work stages 1-8.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external presentations and participate in project reviews.

You will work closely and coordinate with architects and other building professionals to manage and ensure a project’s success.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

• Work on the delivery of assigned projects, working closely with Senior Team members.


• Ability to produce technical drawings, specifications, compliance reports, and other written technical documentation.


• Show an ability to produce the necessary information to effectively procure and construct a building or structure.


• Expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of all RIAI/RIBA work stages 1-8.


• Produce documentation under supervision for both internal and external presentations.


• Prepare for and actively participate in project reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.


• 1 -3 years of professional experience.


• Strong working knowledge of Northern Irish Building Regulations and their practical application.


• Exceptional attention to detail across both design and construction phases.


• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.


• Proficiency in Revit.


• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
