Job summary

TODD Architects, based in Belfast, UK, is seeking a qualified Technologist to support its expanding portfolio across the UK & Ireland. You will work across sectors and RIBA stages from the Belfast studio, contributing to the technical delivery of projects and professional development in a dynamic, supportive environment.

The role requires Revit proficiency and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, with the ability to prepare planning applications, tender and construction packages.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architectural Technologist (MCAT or eligible for membership).
• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Ability to create 1:200 layout and 1:50 loaded room deliverables.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Statutory Consents, and BC(A)R.
• Experience preparing planning applications, tender and construction packages.
• Familiarity with NBS specification and BIM standards.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong detailing and construction knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Must be currently based in the UK with the right to work.
