You will mentor teams, coordinate consultants, win new work, and ensure delivery to programme, budget and regulatory standards. This role emphasizes design excellence and client collaboration, with a path to leadership within a global practice.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration required.
• Significant experience delivering complex architectural projects across multiple sectors and stages.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all stages from concept to completion.
• Provide design and technical leadership across varied projects.
• Mentor and inspire project teams through inclusive leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants to ensure delivery.
• Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client and site requirements.
• Strengthen client relationships and support business development and bids.
• Ensure delivery to programme, budget, quality and regulatory standards.
• Review outputs and drive continuous improvement in design quality.
