Job summary

HAUS Careers is partnering with an established architecture practice to appoint a qualified Architect with a strong business development mindset. The role combines winning work with delivering projects, taking ownership from enquiry through appointment and then continuing as Project Architect on chosen schemes.

Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire with hybrid/remote options, the role focuses on expanding the client base across residential, commercial and industrial sectors while maintaining high

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with strong business development experience.
• RIBA chartered status preferred or equivalent.
• Experience delivering residential, commercial or industrial projects and leading client relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the practice's project pipeline and win new work.
• Lead initial client meetings and site visits with early planning input.
• Prepare fee proposals, scopes of service and presentation materials; negotiate appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, landowners, agents and repeat clients.
• Manage CRM and track pipeline, conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
• Take on project-architect responsibility for selected schemes and drive delivery.
