Job summary

Architecture Social is seeking a Senior Architect to lead a commercial office project in London, delivering the scheme through to site. You will own delivery, coordinate with an in-house BIM team and work in Revit to high standards.

The practice employs over 200 designers across four studios, with director-led teams across workplace, hospitality, residential and mixed-use. You will enjoy hybrid working four days in the office and one remote, plus ongoing CPD, mentoring and fees paid for ARB/RIBA

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with senior experience.
• Experience running commercial or workplace projects.
• Ability to take a building through to site delivery.
• Experience with Revit is essential.
• Experience across RIBA stages preferred.
• Interest in sustainable, low-carbon design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a commercial office building as Senior Architect.
• Produce and coordinate delivery in Revit.
• Make regular site visits with clients and contractors.
• Draw on in-house BIM team for support.
• Deliver work to sustainability and technical standards.
