HAUS is working with an established, RIBA-chartered architecture practice with a strong portfolio across residential, commercial and industrial projects. They are now looking to appoint a qualified Architect with a strong business development mindset to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect who enjoys both winning work and delivering it. You will take ownership of new opportunities from initial enquiry through to appointment, while remaining involved as Project Architect on the schemes you help bring into the practice.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the practice’s project pipeline, building relationships with new and existing clients, and converting opportunities into live projects.
You’ll be involved in:
The practice is looking for an ARB-registered Architect, ideally RIBA chartered, who combines strong architectural delivery experience with the confidence and commercial awareness to develop new business.
It would be particularly beneficial if you have:
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with approximately 2-3 days per week based in the practice’s St Albans office for studio collaboration, client meetings and site visits, with the remainder available to work from home.
There will be some flexibility required around client meetings and site visits, with the necessary equipment provided for home working.
This is a particularly good opportunity for an Architect who wants to have a genuine commercial influence within a practice, rather than simply being responsible for project delivery.
