Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in London is seeking an Architect to lead on large scale projects across all RIBA stages. You will liaise with clients, contractors and team members, and produce detailed Revit drawing packages for construction documentation.

The ideal candidate is ARB registered with post Part 3 UK experience, excellent drawing skills, and strong detailing. This permanent role offers hybrid working and scope for professional development.

Duties for the role of Architect:

• Lead on large scale projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Requirements for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit
• Experience managing projects within the healthcare sector is desirable
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong technical detailing skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
