Architect / Technical Architect – High-End Residential

We’re working with a design-led construction company rooted in craftsmanship and quality, delivering bespoke residential projects across the Midlands and Cotswolds. Their work is guided by an ethos of thoughtful construction and considered design—where every detail matters and no two builds are the same.

This is an opportunity for an Architect or Technical Architect who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping an in-house architecture function at a highly ambitious company. You’ll be joining a team that believes in purposeful spaces, balancing form and function, and crafting homes that feel both refined and effortless.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and delivery of bespoke residential projects, from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with construction and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and build.
• Establish and grow an in-house architecture team, setting technical standards and mentoring junior staff as the function expands.
• Engage directly with clients, bringing their visions to life through thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of building regulations and ensure all work is fully compliant.
• Contribute to internal design reviews, adding creative and technical value across the project lifecycle.
