Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited is assisting a London-based practice in seeking an experienced Architect / Project Architect to join their established team. You will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, coordinating clients, consultants and wider project teams.

They’re looking for ARB-registered professionals with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience, strong design and technical ability, and a solid grasp of UK Building Regulations and procurement routes.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience.
• Experience leading and delivering projects.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Strong design ability with technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience with traditional and Design & Build procurement.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, contracts and relevant legislation.
• Confident in managing clients, consultants and project teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take projects through full lifecycle and coordinate clients, consultants and wider project teams.
• Lead and deliver projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design and technical quality.

My client is looking for an experienced Architect / Project Architect with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience to join their established London team.

This is a great opportunity for an Architect with strong design, technical and project-running experience who is confident taking projects through the full lifecycle and coordinating clients, consultants and wider project teams.
