Vivid Resourcing Ltd is working with an established architectural practice to appoint an Architect to join their close-knit team in the UK. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' post-graduate experience and ideally be RIBA qualified or ARB registered, or working towards professional qualification.

This role offers ownership of projects from concept through to completion, with mentoring and support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' post-graduate architectural experience.
• RIBA qualification or ARB registration, or working towards.
• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Experience producing detailed architectural drawings.
• Ability to work across multiple RIBA stages.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car; driving is essential.

Job description

We are working with an established and growing architectural practice looking to appoint an Architect to join their close-knit team.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' post-graduate experience and ideally be RIBA qualified / ARB registered, or working towards professional qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect looking to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion. You will receive ongoing mentoring and support while gaining responsibility across all RIBA stages.

A particular focus of the role will be on rural, agricultural and equestrian projects, although previous equestrian experience is not required. The practice has completed over 100 stable projects and works with a strong base of repeat clients, making technical knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality drawings particularly important.

• Football clubs and sporting facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Working across all RIBA stages, from initial concept through to completion.
• Producing detailed architectural drawings and technical information.

• Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years' post-graduate architectural experience.
• A RIBA qualification / ARB registration, or be working towards professional qualification.
• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Good technical knowledge and an understanding of the construction process.
• Experience producing detailed architectural drawings.
• The ability to work across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The confidence to work with clients and other project stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car — driving is essential for this role.

Previous equestrian experience is not required, as full mentoring and support will be provided.
