Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is supporting a RIBA chartered practice in finding a Senior Architect for their Dorking team. The role focuses on coordinating architectural projects across Residential, Healthcare and Education sectors with a strong sustainability focus.

You will lead Building Regulations submissions, create tender and construction drawing packages, and manage stakeholders from clients to contractors. A UK driving licence and Revit/AutoCAD proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with up to four years' post-registration experience.
• Solid understanding of UK construction methods, detailing and technical design.
• Experience using NBS for specification writing would be beneficial.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills and with the ability to liaise with stakeholders.
• Well organized and able to manage a varied workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery and coordination of architectural projects.

Salary: £35-43,000

I am working with a RIBA chartered practice to find a talented Senior Architect with a passion for creative designs to join their team in Dorking. The team works across the Residential, Healthcare and Education sectors and have a keen interest in sustainability and are aiming to be net-zero over the next few years, so would like the Senior Architect to share this goal.
