Job summary

Grenade is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its growing Finance team. You will reconcile e-commerce platforms, post payouts and refunds, and manage AR for the UK and BV, while ensuring accurate data and strong audit trails.

The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and experience with multi-currency ledgers. You will support the team and help maintain efficient accounts processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel with XLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Proven experience in account reconciliation.
• Familiarity with multi-currency ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile E-commerce platforms and associated payment methods.
• Post E-commerce payouts, fees, and refunds on a daily/weekly basis.
• Process E-commerce refunds as requested by the E-commerce team.
• Manage credit control for a portion of the Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger for both UK and BV.
• Post and allocate customer payments.
• Raise invoices and credit notes for customers in accordance with established processes.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Ensure all processes are regularly reviewed and up to date.
• Verify that all data is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Provide support to team members and the manager as needed, ensuring compliance with segregation of duty guidelines.
• Reconcile unallocated cash and ensure customer accounts accurately reflect their current status.
