Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist/Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist/Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely cash collection. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth processes while resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage accurate invoicing and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing and account discrepancies efficiently.
  3. Handle accounts receivable queries, ensuring excellent client service and swift resolution.
  4. Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports on outstanding debts to the management team.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control in the media sector (desirable)
  • Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel. Experience in Salesforce is advantageous.
