Finance Operation Services (FinOps) Processing Analyst

Finance Operation Services (FinOps) is seeking an experienced candidate within the Accounts Payable (AP) function to work as a Processing Analyst with a minimum of 98% accuracy consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing
• Reconciliation of open invoices received from Carriers
• Handling queries related to defective invoices
• Identifying root causes for problems and ability to Deep Dive
• In-depth understanding of AP systems (Oracle)
• Communicating precisely and concisely
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Successfully managing multiple competing priorities

Basic Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 24 months of experience in a similar BPO environment or over 30 months in the corporate sector
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar desktop applications
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM with 98% accuracy
• Expertise in using Oracle Financial Applications
