Finance Operation Services (FinOps) - Processing Analyst

We are seeking an experienced candidate within the AP function to work as a Processing Analyst, maintaining a minimum of 98% accuracy consistently.

Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing
2. Reconciliation of open invoices received from Carriers
3. Handling queries related to defective invoices
4. Identifying root causes for issues and ability to Deep Dive
5. In-depth understanding of AP systems (Oracle)
6. Communicating precisely and concisely
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
8. Managing multiple priorities effectively

Qualifications:

Basic:

Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance.

Preferred:

• At least 24 months of experience in a similar BPO or over 30 months in the corporate sector.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Oracle Financial Applications.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM with 98% accuracy.
