Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to own the end-to-end AR and collections process as the company scales globally. You will drive cash flow performance by refining a repeatable collections framework and monitoring DSO, aging, and AR metrics.

You’ll partner with Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to align the order-to-cash cycle and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, or order-to-cash management in a high-growth environment.
• Strong working knowledge of collections best practices, credit management, and cash application processes.
• Experience building or significantly improving AR/collections processes with scalable controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) and billing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR and collections processes including invoice follow-up and cash application.
• Establish a scalable, repeatable collections framework aligned with Harvey’s growth.
• Monitor DSO, aging, and AR metrics; drive improvements in cash collection timelines.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Develop AR policies, procedures, and internal controls for audit readiness and compliance.
• Manage and optimize billing systems and tools (e.g., NetSuite) across the order-to-cash cycle.
