Responsibilities

• The role focuses on maximizing collections through engagement techniques while meeting client KPI targets.
• Coordinate with enforcement agents and solicitors; act as the primary liaison between external parties and clients.
• Minimize unallocated and unmatched cash by identifying payment sources and updating the UNO dashboard; perform complex account reconciliations.
• Lead regular meetings with internal teams and external clients to discuss arrears status and collection strategies; monitor progress.
• Maintain current tenant contact information in systems to ensure effective communication channels.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders; ensure ISAE-audited processes and best-practice compliance.
