Lampton Leisure is seeking an Aquatics Manager/Duty Manager to lead lifeguard teams, oversee poolside safety, and manage daily operations across our West London leisure centres. You will guide timetables, events, and rotas while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Open between 6am and 10pm, the role requires flexible hours, strong leadership, and clear communication to meet safety and business targets. Training opportunities and career progression available within Lampton Leisure.

Qualifications

• First Aid at Work qualification required.
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) essential.
• Pool Plant Operator qualification preferred or willing to attain.
