• Recruit, retain, develop and foster the growth of Swim Teachers & Lifeguards.
• Enhance the aquatic program, optimising Swim School and Learn to Swim attendance.
• Provide strategic and tactical input to enhance the program's effectiveness.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with local schools using the facility.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Poolside operations and log maintenance issues.
• Undertake duty management shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities.
