HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an Approved Electrician for commercial projects in Manchester. You will perform electrical installation, testing, inspection and maintenance across a varied portfolio of prestigious commercial properties, ensuring work is safe, compliant and completed to the highest industry standards.

The role offers a salary up to £45,760 per year, plus a company van and fuel card, pension, ongoing training, uniform and PPE, and strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold JIB Approved Electrician Gold Card
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation required
• City & Guilds 2394 & 2395 (or equivalent) required
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required
• CSCS Card required
• Full UK Driving Licence required

Responsibilities

• Commercial electrical installations across a portfolio of commercial buildings

• Fault finding and repairs

The Role

You'll carry out a mixture of commercial electrical installation, testing, inspection and maintenance across a varied portfolio of commercial buildings.

Working alongside other engineers, you'll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest industry standards while delivering an exceptional service to clients.

You'll also participate in a shared out-of-hours call-out rota with additional standby payments.
