Job summary
HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an Approved Electrician for commercial projects in Manchester. You will perform electrical installation, testing, inspection and maintenance across a varied portfolio of prestigious commercial properties, ensuring work is safe, compliant and completed to the highest industry standards.
The role offers a salary up to £45,760 per year, plus a company van and fuel card, pension, ongoing training, uniform and PPE, and strong progression opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must hold JIB Approved Electrician Gold Card
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation required
- City & Guilds 2394 & 2395 (or equivalent) required
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required
- CSCS Card required
- Full UK Driving Licence required
Responsibilities
- Commercial electrical installations across a portfolio of commercial buildings
- Electrical testing and inspection
- Fault finding and repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance
- Minor electrical upgrades
- Electrical compliance works
- Completing certification and inspection reports
- Supporting junior electricians where required
- Delivering excellent customer service
