Job summary

Taylored Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a commercial electrician with strong inspection and testing expertise to join our North West team. You will perform EICR inspections across commercial properties, deliver remedial works and maintain detailed certification in line with BS 7671.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, 18th Edition, and City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition (BS 7671) is required.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing) preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Periodic Inspection & Testing (EICR) in commercial and industrial environments.
• Provide Minor works certification and remedial works following inspection reports.
• Perform fault finding and diagnostics.
• Conduct Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and Reactive maintenance works.
• Accurately report and certify work in line with BS 7671.

Due to continued expansion and new contract awards, we are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Electrician with strong inspection and testing expertise. This is a key role within our electrical division and will suit a highly competent engineer who takes pride in quality, compliance, and professional standards. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out:
