KM Recruitment Limited is seeking an Employer Engagement Advisor to promote specialist Apprenticeship programmes and to build strong employer partnerships across the UK. The role is home/field based with a base salary of £32,000 plus £6k OTE.

You will identify employers, convert opportunities into learner starts, manage a sales pipeline via CRM and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrolments while travelling as required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in employer engagement / business development for Apprenticeships.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Experience hitting targets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage employers to promote Apprenticeship programmes and convert opportunities.
• Develop new business through referrals, enquiries, networking and partnerships.
• Build partnerships with clients to introduce Apprenticeships across their workforce.
• Understand business needs and recommend Apprenticeship solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline and targets using CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams for enrolment process.
• Raise profile at meetings and events and stay updated on policy and funding.
