Job summary

Construction apprenticeship training supervisor role based in Aylesbury within a leading Further Education college. Monday to Friday, 37-hour week, £29,883 salary plus Local Government Pension, 30 days holiday, bank holidays and excellent training & career development.

You will manage a caseload of Construction & Technologies apprentices, acting as the main point of contact for learners and employers, conducting progress reviews and supporting End Point Assessment readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience working within apprenticeships, education or learner support.
• Experience building relationships with employers or external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for supporting young people and apprentices.
• Level 2 Maths and English.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Construction & Technologies apprentices.
• Act as the main point of contact for apprentices and employers.
• Conduct regular tri-partite progress reviews and monitor learner progress.
• Develop action plans to keep apprentices on track for End Point Assessment.
• Support apprentice recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Deliver group tutorials and professional development sessions.
• Work closely with employers, curriculum teams and student services.
• Maintain learner records using OneFile and other college systems.
• Monday to Friday, 37-hour week.
• Based in Aylesbury with occasional travel to other college campuses.
