You will run reviews to ensure End Point Assessments are completed and support apprentices throughout their journey, driving high training standards and successful outcomes for both learners and employers.

• Strong stakeholder relationship management.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of employers and apprentices; draft plans and support funds.
• Foster positive relationships with employers; provide progress updates and address concerns.
• Develop action plans with employers and apprentices; set targets and monitor progress.
